As an add-on to your Webdeal Express hosting plan, you can choose to further protect your data with our extended backup services. What extended backup really gives you is extended peace of mind.

Standard Daily Backup

As in all other shared hosting plans, “The Hosting Plan” includes a full nightly backup of your data. So don't worry: you'll still have basic backup even without adding Extended Backup services to your plan.

The backup is stored at a separate location using IBM's state-of-the-art backup system, Tivoli Storage Manager. Every night, we will encrypt and store a copy of your files using our backup system.

Extended 7-Day Backup

If you are working on your website on Friday and on Monday you find out that you mistakenly changed a file, the correct copy will no longer be available to you if you are using a standard daily backup.

With Extended 7-Day Backup, we will store all data that has been changed in the last 7 days. You will be able to store up to a whopping 70 GB of backed up data -- that's seven times the total storage space on your hosting plan, which means you will be able to sleep peacefully knowing that your files are safe.
